All Central Surgical instruments are entitled to have warranty against material and workmanship defects and will be repair or replaced. Central Surgical guarantees against breakage, joint failure and corrosion for the expected life expectancy of instruments; provided the instrument was used in a conventional manner. It is at the sole discretion of Central Surgical to admit any case as a warranty claim pending expert analysis and opting for repair or replace.
Please note that the following cases are not cover by the warranty:
1. Instrument that show wear from conventional/normal use are not considered defect.
2. Instruments with minor tip sharpening/repairing is considered routine maintained.
3. Instrument subjected to improper maintenance or unapproved cleaning method/solution.
